PUNC is a trailblazing program that seeks out talented individuals from underrepresented groups. PUNC gives essential hands-on experience needed to be successful in the film and theater industry.
PUNC offers talented creatives from under-represented groups a comprehensive skills development path, through which they will acquire skills and knowledge and contacts which will help launch their professional career as a film or theater Producer or Director.
PUNC combines hands-on work experience on professional productions, seminar and workshop curriculum, mentorship and professional networking opportunities. The PUNC program goes beyond standard film educational courses and programs. It turns out accomplished creators and empowers them to succeed in the ever-evolving filmmaking environment.
PUNC is administered by Stage And Screen Innovations, and overseen by the Independent Producers Guild, the only professional guild actively working to improve the business environment, and professional standards, for the independent producing community in North America.
