Stage And Screen Innovations is the exclusive licensee of the Virtual Theatrical* format for new immersive, interactive storytelling. SSI will produce and administer the Virtual Theatrical Calendar of Productions in 2025 and 2026. These productions include:
- Uncharted Freedom Interactive - Uncharted Freedom is a weekly 10-episode series that will stream through FilmPod at the end of August 2025. The unscripted documentary series is dramatic and has a hotbed of possible issues for discussion and research. Viewers will be able to participate in real time and on discussion boards about topics such as human rights, geopolitics, immigration, democracy, women's rights and more.
- Dark Veil Game Jam - a live-streamed 72 hour game jam hosted by SSI. The Rabbit Hole game jam will feature interviews with game developers, highlights of the crews and strategies used by the teams on the jam in-progress. It will be hosted by The Rabbit Hole stars Marie Zolezzi and Casey Landman.
- Firebird - the first Virtual Theatrical production, a unique re-interpretation of the legends of the Firebird and the Phoenix.
- Three Gothic Doctors And Their Sons - a gothic musical with Drs. Moreau, Jekyll and Frankenstein, by writer-director Joey Madia. Adapted to the Virtual Theatrical format from Joey Madia's book and original musical production by the same name.
- Catalyst - an original binary narrative story in a fantastical, steampunk universe of magic, intrique and politics. Co-writtena and Co-directed by SSI's Artistic Director Diamond Monique Washington and Shadow Dragu-Mihai.
- Eartha Kitt C'est Si Bon - a filmic choreopoem about the legendary icon of stage, screen and song, Eartha Kitt. With the participation of Olivier Betti, grandson of Henri Betti, author of C'est Si Bon.
